General Motors has recently issued a series of recalls due to defects in more than 29 million vehicles across the world. A wide range of “mechanical troubles” is said to be the reason for the recalls. Problems that have been reported include:
- Faulty seats
- Incomplete welds on seat brackets
- Turn signal failures
- Power steering failures
- Defective engine switches
- Other mechanical issues
